On January 5th, 2010, at a Special Meeting of the Membership, Cherry Hill Regional Chamber of Commerce became Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce and a new Cherry Hill Chamber of Commerce was formed.

The County of Camden in partnership with the Camden County Improvement Authority and eligible municipalities is preparing an application for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2). Authorized under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 the program is intended to help stabilize neighborhoods whose viability has been and continues to be damaged by the economic effects of properties that have been foreclosed upon and abandoned.
